LTWFC Ladies Wellbeing sessions ..

Here at Luton Town WFC Ladies we don't just play footie! We're also engaged with empowering our members through workshops and activities designed to provide some self care, pampering and health education off the field as well. After all the better your frame of mind, the more at ease you are with your own self awareness and health and the more likely you are to stay fit, active and kicking those footballs... this event was held on 17th February 2026 and is our second well beng event.

Tropic Skincare

From home to Sunday Times Fast Track 100

Susie Ma, Founder and CEO started Tropic aged fifteen with one goal: to help her mum pay the bills. Inspired by her Gran’s unique homemade body scrub, Susie recreated her Gran’s exotic blend at home then started selling it at Greenwich market. What began as a side-hustle, has now evolved into a multi-award-winning business with millions of customers and five-star reviews. But the original principles never changed. Tropic Skincare still use the finest tropical ingredients for real results and still freshly make every formulation.

In 2011, Susie, now 21 appeared on BBC’s The Apprentice and despite finishing in third place, Lord Sugar saw Tropic’s huge potential and decided to invest and by 2021 the company was recognised by the Sunday Times Track 100 as the UK’s fastest-growing skincare brand for the fifth year running.
