Well there isn’t an upper limit, but there is a lower limit, depending if you are playing competitively or recreationally. Luton Town Walking Football Club Ladies allows all adult women to join in the regular training, play sessions, with the caveat that they don’t compromise the club's duty of care for older, less mobile, womens walking footballers. Walking football age specifics are usually applied at competitive level, with categories starting at 40 years for women walking football, so thats a 40-49 year category, then women's walking football for 50 years etc. Men’s competitive walking football starts at 50 years and it's up to the clubs to decide how they manage their duty of care responsibilities with younger members.
